How do we activate more DIY Divinity? By stimulating childlike wonder, optimism and gratitude? Each of these 12 playshops invite you to inter-connect with Spirit through a variety self-directed experiences, bridging the universal with the personal. So-called co-incidences indicate that we each are unique and beautiful SUPERnatural Beings. By co-operating more fully with inner Light and Sound, practical spirituality allows the creative Higher Self (Soul) to transform outer circumstances. What we can cause we can cure.

I’ve helped Souls of all ages enjoy many techniques in meditation,  visualisation and mantras by way of 'dowsing' with sacred sounds, buffing up one’s own beams of love for all, knowing that what still hurts can help us to heal. Explored, Soul's vast Tool-Kit offers  inner Guides, angels, dreams, ‘co-incidences’, déjà vu, astrology and numerology. Such strategies I have used in teacher training programmes both here and abroad, notably at the Wide Open School Foundation in Slovakia.

In each of the 12  playshops, we invoke our own cosmic inter-connectedness, celebrated in an atmosphere of loving light-heartiness, all personal free choices honoured. As in life, so in all Soul-Centred activities.
